Our example assumes a month with 10 letters sent, two hours of Live Chat, and 30 minutes of Live Video Chat. That comes to 100 credits for letters, 120 credits for Live Chat, and 60 credits for Live Video Chat, for a total of 280 credits.

Bought as packs, that month requires the 320-credit pack at $171.00. With a subscription, it requires the 700-credit plan at $189.99 because the 100-credit plan at $34.99 covers only 10 letters.

At the single-credit rate of $0.75, 280 credits would cost $210.00.

Contact-detail rules determine whether communication can move outside the billed system. On a credit site, those rules can affect the overall cost just as much as the price of the credits themselves.

AlltverLadies has the strictest contact rule in this group. Its FAQ says personal contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and social media accounts, cannot be exchanged.

It also says that if a user tries to send that information, “this data will be automatically blocked and not visible to the lady.” In other words, the site keeps communication within its own tools under the published credit system.

A Foreign Affair has a different rule for its tours. Its site says, “You are FREE to exchange personal contact information with any woman you meet.”

The distinction matters because one model keeps messages, chat, and video within a paid platform, while the other allows contact exchange after an in-person tour meeting.

For readers comparing Ukrainian dating sites, the contact rule should be considered alongside the tariff. A low registration cost has limited value if the platform controls every later communication channel.

We use “legitimate Ukrainian dating sites” to mean sites that publish clear rules, explain paid features, and describe the checks they apply to profiles. A brand name, free registration page, or profile gallery is not, by itself, proof of safety.

J4L says, “We triple-check all our ladies’ profiles on J4L.com for verification before they’re posted.” It also says registration is “absolutely free” and that paid use covers features such as video chat and gifts.

GoldenBride says every member shown on the platform has passed profile verification. It also says it runs active anti-scam monitoring.

The site describes a local agency structure. Its site says sign-in is for male members, while profiles on the other side join through local agencies that partner with the platform.

AlltverLadies also describes an agency-based process. Its FAQ says it undertakes “random video or phone interviews” with profile holders and asks the local agency tied to a profile for a copy of an identification document.

These products do not work the same way. This guide includes a subscription-style dating site, credit correspondence sites, and an introduction and tour company.

Verification language should be treated as a site claim rather than a guarantee. A profile check may reduce one type of risk while leaving other risks related to payment, off-site contact, and personal judgment.

A cautious review starts with the product rules. We look for published prices, clear contact policies, stated verification steps, and real app records when a site claims to offer mobile access.

Readers looking for Russian dating sites will find that the apps with real US records are general apps. Two of them are large.

Mamba has a 4.55 rating from 30,406 ratings in the US App Store. Badoo has a 4.58 rating from 148,744 ratings in the same store.

Sentimente is another app with a US App Store record. It has a 4.78 rating from 486 ratings.

Those records are useful because they are public App Store records rather than site marketing copy. However, they still do not tell us how many people use an app in any specific country.

Most Eastern European dating sites fall into the same three models covered above, along with general apps. The same checks apply to each.

US App Store presence is only one signal. The subscription-style site has no iPhone app in the US App Store, and name searches for J4L, Brides4Love, GoldenBride, and OneWife return no app of theirs in that store.

J4L’s own site says its mobile app allows searching. Because the US App Store record does not show an app under that name, we limit this point to US App Store visibility.

AlltverLadies ranks first on this page because it publishes the most before you pay. Its FAQ lists credit packs and subscriptions in US dollars, from 20 credits for $15.00 to 1,000 credits for $379.00.

Its contact rule is also clear. Email addresses, phone numbers and social media accounts are blocked inside messages and never reach the other member.

On verification, its FAQ cites random video or phone interviews. It also asks the local agency a woman is registered with for a copy of her ID document.

A Foreign Affair ranks second because it works differently from the credit correspondence sites. It is an introduction and tour company, and its site says it has run singles tours since 1995.

A tour, as described by the company, includes at least one AFA representative, professional translators, and full-time offices in its tour cities. Its women’s gallery lists profiles from Kiev, Odessa, and Kharkiv, among other cities.

It says tour participants are free to exchange personal contact information with people they meet on a tour. That makes its contact rule different from AlltverLadies, which blocks personal contact details within its system.
