AsianSingles2Day Review 2026: Costs, Profiles and Verdict

AsianSingles2Day is a credit-based correspondence dating site connecting Western men with women in China, billing every letter, chat minute and video call separately through operators in Dublin and Nicosia.

We may earn a commission if you sign up through our links. It never affects our rating.

The verdict in 30 seconds

AsianSingles2Day is a real business with named operators, published prices and regulated billing, which already puts it ahead of much of this niche. The problem is structural rather than criminal. Contact details are blocked, letters and minutes are metered, and a moderately active month costs around $273. Set a hard credit budget and it behaves predictably. If you are counting on moving the relationship somewhere free once it gets going, the rules are written to stop that happening.

Worth it if

  • you want translated correspondence with Chinese women and have no other route to meet them
  • you will set a hard credit budget and stop when it runs out
  • an interpreter on every call matters more to you than the per-minute cost

Skip it if

  • you plan to swap numbers and carry the conversation on somewhere free
  • you want a flat monthly fee you can predict in advance
  • you are looking for a tour programme that arranges travel and meetings
Best for: Men who want translated correspondence with Chinese women and will cap a monthly budget Visit Site

AsianSingles2Day is a credit-based international dating site that connects Western men with women in China. It has been trading under the same domain since February 2013, and almost everything on it costs money by the minute or by the message.

For this AsianSingles2Day review I read the terms of use and the full FAQ, priced every service on the tariff, checked the operating companies against the public company registers, worked through screenshots of a logged-in account, and sampled 102 live profiles to see who is actually listed. What follows is what the site does, what a real month costs, and the one house rule that shapes everything else.

Thirteen years of continuous trading, a published price list and regulated card processing keep the lower scores off the floor. Plenty of sites in this niche have none of those things.

Pricing value takes the heaviest hit, and safety follows it down. The site bans you from exchanging an email address, a phone number or a social handle with anyone you meet there. The meter runs for as long as the relationship lasts.

My verdict: AsianSingles2Day is a real business running a legal service, and it is built so that talking is the product. If you want to meet a Chinese woman and move the conversation somewhere free, this is the wrong platform to start on.

What AsianSingles2Day Actually Is

The model here is correspondence dating. Men browse a catalogue of women’s profiles for free, then pay credits to send a letter, open a letter, run a live chat, watch a webcam, or have a translated phone call arranged for them.

Women use the site free of charge. The FAQ states this plainly, and it is the reason the database is almost entirely female and the paying side is almost entirely male.

Who Runs AsianSingles2Day

Two companies are named in the terms of use. May Group Solutions LP, registration LP2995, at 6 Fern Road, Sandyford, Dublin. And BHI Evoline Ltd, registration HE351975, in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Cypriot company checks out. BHI Evoline Ltd appears on the Cyprus register as incorporated on 4 February 2016 and still active. The Dublin partnership is harder to confirm from outside the Irish register, and the Nicosia address in the terms does not match the one currently filed in Cyprus, which may be nothing more than a move the terms never caught up with.

The clause worth reading twice is the governing law. The agreement is written under Cypriot law and sends any dispute to the Cyprus courts, so a customer in Ohio or Manchester has no realistic route to a small claim.

The Network Behind the Site

AsianSingles2Day is one of four dating brands promoted through the same affiliate programme, Affiliate2Day, alongside BeHappy2Day, OneWife and AllTverLadies. They share a content delivery network and the same interface.

That matters because of a sentence buried in the disclaimers. The terms state that to provide the service, the company “purchases services from various Russian and Ukrainian agencies/suppliers”.

On a site selling introductions to women in Chengdu and Nanning, that clause looks like leftover text from a platform that was built for the Slavic market first and skinned for Asia later. The company does not explain the wording anywhere on the site, so all anyone has to go on is the clause itself.

What Registration Gets You Free

Registration takes about a minute and asks for no payment details. Once you are in you can browse the full catalogue, run the search filters, view profile photos and read the news feed of newly added women.

You cannot send anything. Not a message, not a wink, not a photo. The free tier is a shop window. To its credit, the site says so instead of dangling a fake trial.

The search filters are thorough and one-directional. Every field is labelled “Lady’s country”, “Lady’s residence”, “Lady’s ID”, and the ranges include height and weight. There is no equivalent search that a woman on the site could run on the men.

How Much AsianSingles2Day Costs

Free Plan: Yes, and it is a genuine free tier for browsing. Registration takes a minute, asks for no card, and gives you the full catalogue, the search filters, profile photos and the news feed. What it does not include is any way to make contact. There is no free message, no wink and no trial credit, so the free account works as a catalogue and never as a sample of the service.

Credit Pack Price Per Credit One Letter Exchange
20 credits $17.35 $0.868 each $17.35
40 credits $32.39 $0.810 each $16.19
80 credits $60.15 $0.752 each $15.04
160 credits $106.42 $0.665 each $13.30
320 credits $197.80 $0.618 each $12.36
500 credits $272.98 $0.546 each $10.92
1000 credits $438.39 $0.438 each $8.77

Credit for credit, the price falls as the pack gets bigger. Twenty credits cost $0.87 each. A thousand credits cost $0.44 each, which is 49% less.

Buying at the cheap end means putting $438 down in one go, and purchased credits expire 365 days after you buy them. That is the trade the pricing table is really asking you to make.

What a Credit Actually Buys

The FAQ publishes the full tariff, which is more than most competitors do. Sending a letter costs 10 credits and opening one from a woman costs another 10. Attaching a photo costs 10. Live chat runs 1 credit a minute, live video chat 2, and two-way video where she can see you as well runs 5.

Opening a photo she sends you inside a live chat costs 10 credits on top of the per-minute rate. A video clip costs 15 to 35 depending on tier, and a virtual gift costs 15.

Put in money terms, a single exchange of letters, meaning one you send and one you read, costs between $8.77 and $17.35 depending on which pack you bought. An hour of plain text chat costs between $26.30 and $52.05. An hour of two-way video runs from $131.52 to $260.26.

The first-purchase offer discounts 20 credits from $17.35 to $3.42. It appears when you try to open a chat.

The Trial Offer Is One Conversation

Try to start a chat without a balance and a panel appears offering 20 credits for $3.42, down from $17.35. An 80% discount looks generous until you convert it.

Twenty credits buys one letter sent and one letter read. It also covers twenty minutes of text chat, or ten minutes of watching a webcam, and that is the whole trial. The purpose of the pack is to get a card on file.

What an Active Month Costs

Here is a month that counts as ordinary use, not heavy use. Ten letters sent and ten read, two hours of live chat, half an hour of video, five photos opened and one virtual gift.

That comes to 445 credits. The nearest pack is 500 credits at $272.98, so the month costs $273 and leaves you 55 credits short of a third hour of chat. The site bills in euros, so every dollar figure here converts at the European Central Bank rate of $1.1567 to the euro and will drift with it.

Compare that with a mainstream dating subscription at $20 to $40 a month and the gap is roughly tenfold. Men who correspond with two or three women at once, which the interface actively encourages, should multiply accordingly.

The Phone Price Nobody Reconciled

The Phone Introduction service, where an interpreter joins a call between you and a woman, is priced twice in the same FAQ and the two prices disagree.

One answer quotes $1.99 per minute with a $50 deposit covering 25 minutes. The master price list a few sections later says 8 credits per minute, which works out at $3.51 a minute at the best credit rate and $6.94 at the worst.

That is a 1.5x to 3x spread on the same service. Ask support to confirm in writing which one applies before you place a deposit.

How the Communication Actually Works

Nothing you write reaches a woman in your own words. Letters go to a translator first, who renders them into Mandarin, and her reply comes back through the same desk in English.

The site treats this as a selling point, and for a couple with no shared language it genuinely is one. It also means a third party reads every private thing either of you writes, which the terms acknowledge and ask you to accept.

Live chat is a text window with a per-minute meter, so you are paying while you type and while you wait for her to type back. Slow typists and long pauses cost the same as conversation.

Three video tiers sit above it. Live Video Chat at 2 credits a minute shows you her camera. Two-Way Live Video Chat at 5 credits a minute turns yours on as well. There is also a Phone Introduction service where staff schedule a call with an interpreter on the line, which needs 48 hours notice.

Around the edges sit the engagement features. A news feed announces every new woman who joins, a “Today’s Mood” widget, a “Lucky Mingle” shuffle, and animated virtual gifts at 15 credits each. None of it moves you closer to meeting anyone, and all of it is designed to bring you back to the tab.

AsianSingles2Day news feed announcing newly added female profiles
The news feed exists to announce arrivals. Every entry is a new profile rather than an update from someone you know.

Who You Will Actually Meet

The site sells itself as Asian dating, and the profiles behind it are almost entirely Chinese.

I pulled every profile from three public listings, the online-now page, the newest-profiles page and the upcoming-birthdays page, giving 102 separate women with no overlap between the lists. Ninety-nine of them were in China. The other three were single profiles from Vietnam, the Philippines and, oddly, Ukraine.

Ages ran from 22 to 64, with a median of 35. That is a wider and older spread than the homepage carousel suggests. A hundred profiles is a sample and not an audit, and the site does not publish a headcount I could check it against.

Listing sampledProfilesMedian ageMost common city
Newest profiles3027Chongqing (12 of 30)
Online now3639Zhengzhou (7 of 36)
Upcoming birthdays3642Nanning (7 of 36)

The newest-profiles list is the interesting one. Nineteen of the thirty most recently added women were from just two cities, Chongqing and Chengdu, and the median age drops to 27.

Women do not sign up from one province in that concentration by accident. It is consistent with what the FAQ says elsewhere, that each woman is “registered with” a local agency which supplies her identity documents to the site.

AsianSingles2Day newest profiles page with women from Chongqing and Chengdu
Twelve of the thirty newest profiles listed Chongqing as their city on the day I sampled.

The photography is studio work, consistently lit and posed. The FAQ confirms why: the company employs photographers alongside its translators and administrators. Nobody is hiding this, but a profile grid of professional portraits sets an expectation that a first video call may not meet.

One more thing on headcount. The public online-ladies page listed 36 women when I loaded it. A screenshot of the same page taken from inside a logged-in account showed two. The readings were taken at different times, so this proves nothing on its own, but it is worth watching the online count yourself before you buy credits on the strength of how busy the site looks.

The Rule That Shapes Everything

You are not allowed to swap contact details. The FAQ is explicit: no email addresses, no phone numbers, no social media accounts, no messaging IDs. Try to send any of it in a letter or a chat and the system blocks the text before she sees it.

The single exception is a postal address. You may ask a woman for hers and give her yours, and the FAQ suggests continuing by letter through the mail if you want to leave the platform.

Every credit-based site defends this rule as anti-fraud protection, and there is a real argument there, since off-platform contact is where romance fraud usually moves. Our romance scam statistics show how that pattern works and what it costs people.

The rule also happens to guarantee that no relationship can ever stop generating revenue. Both things are true at once, and how you weigh them decides whether this site is for you.

Is AsianSingles2Day Legit?

What Checks Out

The domain was registered in February 2013 and has run continuously since. The Cypriot operating company appears on the public register as active. Card payments go through CCBill and Verotel, both of which vet the merchants they process for.

The full price list sits on the public FAQ instead of behind a signup. Unused credits are refundable within 72 hours of a written cancellation request, and gift orders are refundable up to 48 hours before delivery. The site also acknowledges IMBRA, the US law governing paid introductions to foreign nationals.

What the Verification Claim Covers

The FAQ says every woman is checked before her profile goes live, with random video or phone interviews, and a copy of her identity document obtained from the local agency she is registered with. Profiles that pass get a Confirmed Profile badge.

Read that sentence again for what it concedes. The document comes from the agency, not from her, and the site is one step removed from the person whose identity it is confirming.

The badge answers one question, which is whether the woman in the photos exists and looks like her pictures. It says nothing about who is at the keyboard during a chat, and the company writes elsewhere that it cannot foresee the behaviour of any individual member.

What Does Not

After thirteen years of trading, AsianSingles2Day has no Trustpilot reviews at all. Not bad ones. None. For a consumer site of that age operating in English-speaking markets, an empty review page is its own kind of data point.

Independent trust scanners rate the domain poorly, and the affiliate-funded review sites that cover it split between glowing and damning depending on who they are paid by. I would treat both extremes with suspicion.

The site’s own Anti-Scam Policy, which the FAQ names three separate times as the reason to trust profile verification, sits behind the login wall. I could not read it without an account, which is an odd place to put the document meant to reassure people who do not have one yet.

The Complaint Window Problem

Section 6 of the FAQ lists nine categories of complaint the company will not consider. The time limits are short and they are shortest where the money is largest.

Complaint aboutDeadline to raise it
Live video chat session7 days
Live chat invitation7 days
Flowers and gifts delivery photos7 days
Live chat session30 days
Phone introduction30 days
A woman whose profile has gone inactive30 days

Live video chat is the second most expensive service on the platform and carries the shortest window. If you spend three weeks realising a video session was not what it appeared to be, you are two weeks too late to say so.

Complaints about anything that happened during an in-person meeting are excluded entirely, as is anything that took place outside the site’s own services.

AsianSingles2Day vs the Alternatives

PlatformModelRealistic monthly costCan you go off-platform?
AsianSingles2DayPay per message and per minute$273 for moderate usePostal mail only
A Foreign AffairMembership plus per-letter fees and tours$224 for an active monthYes, after address access
Mainstream international appsFlat subscription$20 to $40Yes, immediately
Free apps used from ChinaFree tier$0, plus a VPNYes

The honest comparison is not against Tinder. It is against A Foreign Affair, which runs a similar per-letter economy but lets you buy the woman’s actual contact details and puts you on a plane to meet her.

AsianSingles2Day has no tour programme and no address-release product except asking her directly, so the correspondence is where it ends. For a broader set of options, see our best dating sites comparison.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • The full price list is published openly on the FAQ instead of behind a signup
  • Free registration and unlimited browsing with no card on file
  • Professional translation included in every letter, chat and phone call
  • Card processing handled by CCBill and Verotel
  • Unused credits refundable within 72 hours of a written request
  • Trading under the same domain since February 2013
  • Flower and gift delivery reaches real Chinese addresses, with a refund window

Cons

  • Every form of contact is billed by the message or by the minute
  • Contact details cannot be exchanged, so no relationship can leave the platform
  • The Anti-Scam Policy sits behind the login wall
  • Phone Introduction is priced two different ways in the same FAQ
  • Purchased credits expire after 365 days

Who Should Use It

There is a genuine user for this site. A man in his fifties or sixties who wants to correspond with Chinese women, has no way to meet them otherwise, cannot read or speak Mandarin, and treats the monthly spend the way he would treat a hobby budget.

Translation is included in every letter and call, the interface is simple, and the gift delivery service does reach real addresses in Chinese cities. For that man, $273 a month for company and correspondence is a decision he is entitled to make with his eyes open.

If you set a hard credit budget before you start and treat the balance as money already spent, the site behaves predictably. Most of the horror stories in this niche come from men who never set that number.

Anyone whose goal is to meet someone and stop paying should start somewhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is AsianSingles2Day?

AsianSingles2Day is a credit-based international dating site that introduces Western men to women in China. Men browse free and pay credits for each letter, chat minute, video call and gift. It has traded under the same domain since February 2013.

Is AsianSingles2Day Legit?

It is a real, operating business. Two companies are named in the terms, May Group Solutions LP in Dublin and BHI Evoline Ltd in Nicosia, and the Cypriot company appears on the public register as active since 2016. Payments run through CCBill and Verotel. The caution is commercial rather than criminal: the site bans contact-detail exchange, meters every interaction, and puts disputes under Cypriot jurisdiction.

How Much Does AsianSingles2Day Cost?

Browsing is free. Credits cost between $0.44 each in the 1,000 pack and $0.87 each in the 20 pack. Sending a letter costs 10 credits and reading one costs 10, live chat runs 1 credit a minute and two-way video 5. A moderately active month of ten letters each way, two hours of chat and half an hour of video comes to 445 credits, or $272.98 at the 500-credit price. The site bills in euros, so those figures convert at the European Central Bank rate of $1.1567 to the euro.

Can You Exchange Contact Details on AsianSingles2Day?

No. The FAQ prohibits sharing email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts and messaging IDs, and the system blocks that text before the woman sees it. The only permitted exception is a postal address, which you may ask for and she may decline to give.

Where Are the Women on AsianSingles2Day From?

Almost entirely China. I sampled 102 separate profiles across the online, newest and birthdays listings and 99 were Chinese, with one each from Vietnam, the Philippines and Ukraine. Ages ran from 22 to 64 with a median of 35. The newest profiles clustered heavily in Chongqing and Chengdu.

Do AsianSingles2Day Credits Expire?

Yes. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and expire unused after that. Unused credits can be refunded within 72 hours of a written cancellation request sent to customer support.

Who Owns AsianSingles2Day?

The terms of use name May Group Solutions LP, registration LP2995, at 6 Fern Road, Sandyford, Dublin, and BHI Evoline Ltd, registration HE351975, in Nicosia, Cyprus. The site is promoted through the Affiliate2Day programme alongside BeHappy2Day, OneWife and AllTverLadies.

Is AsianSingles2Day Free for Women?

Yes. The FAQ confirms all website services are free of charge for the women, which is standard in credit-based international dating and explains why the database is almost entirely female while the paying side is almost entirely male.
